I believe I am an amazing coach for 2 reasons:
1. Formal Education
Studying as a psychoanalyst with supervised clinical hours has given me the experience and knowledge I need to support my clients as comprehensively as possible.
2. I live this job
When I’m not working on myself, I’m working on you. I have been blessed (or cursed) whereby the only job I could ever do is helping you. Everyday I do my best to embody the best practices I wish for my clients, and everything I learn experientially cannot help but be reflected in way I work with you.
Services
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients transforming their lives for better. I cannot promise you I will take you where you want to go, but together we can works towards whenever you need to go. I do not claim to have the answers to your questions, or even presume you know the right questions to ask. That is why I utilise therapy and coaching to guide you in any circumstance.
Therapy
I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). You can therefore feel assured I know how to support you through your most vulnerable therapy sessions.
Coaching
I work with clients to achieve very specific outcomes. Improve health and fitness, develop romantic or plutonic relationships, build confidence, work-life balance or improving general wellbeing might be common goals.
