Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which George Mastin (“I”, “me”, “my”) provides psychotherapy and coaching services. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

The service I provide

I offer online psychotherapy and coaching for adults (18+). Therapy and coaching can be of great benefit, but I cannot guarantee any particular outcome. My service is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or legal advice. If you are receiving care from a GP or other professional, I may encourage you to keep them involved where appropriate.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through the booking system on this website. Payment is taken securely by my payment provider at the time of booking, and your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fee (usually around £1). For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice a refund is not guaranteed, though I will always try to rearrange your session or offer a session in lieu where I can, at my discretion.

Your responsibilities

• provide accurate information when booking;
• be 18 or over;
• attend sessions from a private, quiet space with a reliable internet connection;
• not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs;
• treat our work together with the same respect and confidentiality that I extend to you.

Confidentiality

Your confidentiality is central to our work and is handled as described in my Privacy Policy, including the limited circumstances in which I may need to break confidentiality to keep you or others safe.

Intellectual property

The content of this website is owned by me and is provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of my services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits my liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
