The Work We Do

Anxiety, Worry, and Burnout

You are in a constant state of stress where your body is tired but your mind is restless. It feels like carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. Much of this pressure comes from the expectations placed on your life—by you, by others, and by your environment. Together we can understand what is driving you and how we can make your life feel sustainable.

Disconnected Relationships & Difficulty Communicating

In a room full of people, you still feel distant. It may feel as though your connections are on borrowed time, or that you have stopped working all together. Together, we will identify the cycles that keep you isolated and find a way to make your presence feel authentic again.

Lack of Purpose & Meaning

On paper, things look fine—maybe even great. You’ve done the things you were "supposed" to do, but it doesn’t feel the way that you thought it would. That nagging sense of apathy is telling you it’s time to change, and together, we can help you find a sense of authenticity in your life. We will realign your daily so you can finally go to bed at night satisfied.

The Process

1

Reach Out

If you’re ready to begin, you can book your first session. If you have questions first, feel free to send an email. George can respond via email or schedule a brief call—whichever you prefer.

2

Sign the Contract

George will send you a client contract which must be completed before your first session. This contract ensures the work is safe and transparent.

3

Regular Sessions

Together, we work to understand the challenges you’re facing. While therapy doesn’t always provide "straightforward" answers, it creates a dedicated space to say the unspoken. We begin to identify the underlying patterns that govern your life through honest reflection and deep inquiry.

4

Integration & Feedback

The work extends far beyond the session. Consciously or not, you will begin to integrate new insights into your daily life. This is an iterative process—evolving over weeks, months, or years—that often creates shifts in your perspective and relationships in ways you might not initially imagine.

5

Ending & Independence

We will discuss the conclusion of our work together when it feels most appropriate. The timeline will be entirely personal. However, if circumstances change the door remains open to restart the process whenever needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Look, I get it. Why talk to a stranger about your personal life? Well there are two big reasons I recommend you reconsider first: I am completely detached from your life. I don’t know your circle, and your choices don’t affect my day-to-day. That gives us the total freedom to explore your world from a perspective that serves you and nobody else. I’m a professional. I have the experience and expertise to support people like you, using the theory and scientific evidence that best informs our approach.

You’ll know what feels right for you, but most clients book weekly. I strongly recommend creating a consistent routine whichever schedule you choose.

No, feel free to book whenever you're ready. Just keep in mind that once you’ve booked, there is a quick onboarding process to get through before we actually sit down for our first session.

To keep it simple: Therapy helps you explore your emotions, while coaching enables you to take action. Both can have a massive impact. Whether we’re using coaching, therapy, or a mix of both is something we will clearly and consistently agree on as we go.

If you live in Essex or London, drop me a message. We might be able to make arrangements to meet in person depending on where you are.

Yes. Book as usual, it's the same rate.

Give me 48 hours’ notice and you’ll get a full refund, minus the transaction fee (which is usually about £1). Any less notice than that and a refund isn't guaranteed, though I’ll always try to swap your session with someone else or offer one in lieu where I can. That part is at my discretion.

If you need urgent medical help call 999. If your life is not at risk call NHS 111 for advice.
